Please note that the Bellaire High School garage arms will be in operation starting on Wednesday, October 1st. That means students who do not have a garage pass will not be able to enter the garage. Garage passes must be purchased via School Pay and Business Manager Dylan Black can be contacted for assistance at dylan.black@houstonisd.org. Students will need to present a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration to receive their parking pass.
A student must bring this signed contract, a copy of their driver’s license, and insurance along with your receipt from SchoolPay to room #2614. Parking credentials will then be activated, and you will receive your parking sticker. Parking in the BHS Parking Garage is at your own risk. BHS Parking is not responsible for any
damage, theft, or loss to vehicles or personal belongings while on the premises. All payments must be paid through SchoolPay. Students must park on floors 2, 3, and 4. The 1st floor is reserved for teachers and staff. The garage speed limit is 5 mph and any reckless driving will result in revocation of garage privileges.
Students are not allowed in the parking garage unless they have parking credentials. Students may not hangout in cars. No waiting in cars. Students must park and enter the building or exit the parking garage.
Please note the following:
• Students who park on the side streets must abide by the City of Bellaire parking regulations. Cars illegally parked or in violation of regulations are towed at the owner’s expense.
• No wrecker driver may charge over the standard price approved by the City of Bellaire.
• This fee also applies to towing within the student parking lot.
• The contact number of the towing company for cars towed from the parking lot or any other on-campus location will be posted outside room #2614 or the front office.
• The City of Bellaire tows from all locations not on school property. Their contact number is 713-668-0487.
